Otto Zutz is a three-floor Sant Gervasi institution that has been part of Barcelona's nightlife fabric for decades — and still pulls a strong local crowd alongside well-traveled visitors. Each floor has its own sound: a main floor with house and electronic, a second room leaning commercial and reggaeton, and a top floor that often hosts hip-hop and RnB nights.
The crowd skews slightly older and more upmarket than beachfront clubs, with a high local-to-tourist ratio.
What to expect
Otto Zutz peaks 02:00–05:00 across all three floors. The multi-room layout means you can move between sounds during the night. Dress code is enforced more strictly here than at beachfront clubs — smart casual minimum.
VIP tables are distributed across all three floors, with the main-floor tables (closest to the DJ booth) being the most coveted.

Otto Zutz is underrated — three floors means you find your crowd. Hip-hop downstairs, house main room, chiller R&B upstairs. The Kazu team got us in via guest list on Saturday and it was packed but well-organized. Solid.

Thursday at Otto Zutz was chill in the best way — Eixample location super central, easy walk from the hotel. Used the free guest list from PartyKazu, walked in in 2 min. Music was a bit too commercial for my taste but the crowd was great.

Booked a Saturday with skip-line through Kazu and it was the right call — door queue was 40+ deep. Once inside, hip-hop room was electric. Stayed until 6am, will be back next trip.
