Why a "welcome party" works

The fastest way to start your nights in BCN.

Landing in Barcelona for a weekend, a semester or a longer stay puts you in front of the same uncomfortable question: where do I actually go tonight? Google Maps shows hundreds of clubs and bars, none of them mean anything to you, and the city's nightlife is famously hard to navigate from outside the loop. The Welcome Party fixes that in a single evening — no research, no awkward solo door queue, no €25 cover charge at a place you'll regret.

We meet in a friendly central bar at 22:00. The PartyKazu team is there in branded t-shirts, the lights are warm, the music is playing, and within fifteen minutes you're talking to other travelers, expats and locals doing the exact same thing you're doing. A welcome shot is on the house — the rest of the drinks are at bar prices, no markup. Around midnight the group walks together to the night's strongest club. You're already part of a crew. The door staff is expecting us. Line skipped, entry confirmed, drinks at the bar.

Who this is for

Travelers, exchange students, expats, locals.

First-time visitors

You landed today or this week and you want to skip the trial-and-error phase. The Welcome Party puts you in front of a curated international crowd on night one and you walk out with names, plans and the city's strongest club entry.

Erasmus & exchange

You're here for a semester or longer and need a fast lane into the local social scene. Our crowd skews international student + young professional — exactly the audience you'd be looking for in your first two weeks of Erasmus.

Expats & new residents

Moved to BCN for work, freelance or remote? The Welcome Party is the lowest- friction social entry point in town. English-speaking, casual dress code, international vibe. Many regulars came once and now show up monthly.

Locals who go out

Locals come too — it's the easiest way to meet visiting friends-of-friends and get the guest list for the club afterwards without the WhatsApp loop. Show up, say hi, you're in.
